Reservation Information
Reservations are strongly recommended so that Adventures
Unlimited can best take care of all of your needs. Every year the demand for river
trips increases. Early reservations and prompt deposits are
the only way to guarantee the date of your choice. Please have several
dates in mind when calling in case your first choice is unavailable.

Our reservation specialists are available from 8:00 a.m. EST to 6:00 p.m. EST to
answer any questions or make suggestions if you are having trouble in deciding what
is right for your group.
DEPOSITS
We require a 50% deposit within 10 days of making your reservation.
The balance is due 30 days prior to your trip. Reservations made less than 30 days
prior to your trip require full payment at the time the reservation is made. A full
refund will be made if you reduce or cancel your reservation with more than 10 days
notice. All cancellations made with less than 10 days but more than 24 hours notice
will receive a full refund less a $10.00 per person cancellation fee for rafting
and 50% for lodging. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS ON THE DAY OF THE
TRIP OR DAY OF CHECK-IN.
Deposits can be applied to a credit card (American Express,
VISA, MasterCard and Discover) or send a check to: Adventures Unlimited, 522 Highway
64, Ocoee, TN 37361.
RAIN POLICY
All of our trips go rain or shine. If the weather is dangerous and Adventures Unlimited
cancels a trip, a full refund will be made. However, no refunds will be made simply
because it is raining.
LIABILITY
Adventures Unlimited makes every effort to provide safe and enjoyable trips, however
there are certain risks and dangers involved in whitewater rafting, canoeing, kayaking
and other activities provided by Adventures Unlimited. We do not assume liability
for your safety. You will be asked to sign a release form and participate at your
own risk.
For your safety, the State of Tennessee has imposed a minimum
age of twelve years old for whitewater rafting on the Ocoee River. You
will be excluded from participating if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
and no refund will be made.
