The wheels on our bus do not go “round and round”! The only thing that drives the Bus is the energy of our staff and the ones who spend their evening here reminiscing of their day spent on the Ocoee, playing on the lake, or hiking one of our nearby trails in the Cherokee National Forest. The Bus Bar and Grill has built a reputation for itself by bringing a solid selection of music, mostly original tunes, from around the region in a “one-of-a-kind” atmosphere. From bluegrass to reggae, and a little rock n roll.

The once well-used rafting bus found its permanent parking spot in 2014 when it was opened as a craft beer hub. Over the years, we have taken pride in using recycled goods from around the river community to build the Bus into its own personality. In 2018, The Bus Bar and Grill was the first establishment in Polk County to obtain a “Liquor by the Drink” permit, and we have taken pride in creating several signature cocktails: Tablesaw Tea, Double-Suck-A-Rita, and let’s not forget our Number One seller, The Blue Hole. The selection of craft beer on tap features local breweries that send us their best seasonal brews! In 2019, we converted our second bus into restroom facilities. Who knows when a third bus will become part of our playground. But it will happen!

Serving American Fare, from pizza to burgers, salads, wings, & more

Our menu is ever-changing, yet there is something on it for everyone. Burgers, pizza, club sandwiches, wings, nightly specials, and more. Whether you are looking to fill your belly after your river trip, or decide you need a late-night bite, we have you covered. From a fierce game of foosball to a cozy campfire, we have ample space for you and your crew to join us for some fun! There is no dress code as we are a beach in the mountains. Come as you are! We also have indoor seating which is open to all ages. Throw some quarters in the pinball machine or shoot a game of pool in the AC while you wait on your eats to be prepared!

Exciting news – we are serving breakfast at the bus bar!

You heard it correct! Breakfast is now being served inside The Bus Bar and Grill. We have everything from hot, flaky biscuits to burritos, yogurt parfaits, muffin and veggie omelet bake. A staff favorite are the blueberry pancakes. The coffee is always hot so stop in and grab a cup and start your day off on the right foot!
