How do I redeem my HoliDeal?
At the completion of your purchase, you will receive a reservation confirmation that includes a code for each HoliDeal that you purchased. When you book your trip online, just use that code just like you would use a gift card as your form of payment.
Why does my HoliDeal show xx/xx/2025 as the date (Example: December 4, 2025)?
Because that is the day you purchased it. Just go online or call us and we can rebook your HoliDeal to an actual trip using the code you received on your email from us.
Can I give my HoliDeal as a gift?
Absolutely! We can rebook that into the recipient's name as soon as they are ready to make their reservation with Adventures Unlimited.
Does my HoliDeal expire?
No, there are no expiration dates on HoliDeals. If you find yourself short on time during the 2026 rafting season, then we can book you on a whitewater adventure for 2027.
Will I owe anything else when I book my whitewater rafting trip?
The cost of the HoliDeal includes all taxes and river fees. If you choose to add a photo package, that would be your only additional cost for your whitewater rafting trip. Note that gratuities to your guide are appreciated but not expected.
Is there a limit to the number of HoliDeals that I can purchase?
No. You can buy one or one thousand and use them however and whenever you choose.
Can I add lodging to my HoliDeal?
Absolutely! That can be booked online or by calling us and we can take care of that.
